The NBV4236, as with all Novus models, comes with a 19 1/8" deep firebox; this makes installation either a corner or a side wall unit easy. The Novus models now come with your choice of a standing pilot or the Heatilator-exclusive energy-saving IntelliFire electronic ignition system...the pilot only stays on when the fireplace itself is on!

The NBV4236 is even more beautiful than it was before! All Novus models feature a more realistic gas log configuration, which increases the flame height and exposes more of the underlying ember bed. You can also choose from our variety of optional fronts and mantels, designed to make the fireplace a focal point of attention in your home.
