The Majestic PureEnergy™ balanced-flue fireplace is a genuine engineering breakthrough. Using a balanced flow of outdoor air for optimal combustion, it provides for cleaner air, both indoor and out, is an efficient source of heat, and uses less firewood. The patented, balanced-flue process uses no indoor air for combustion. This fireplace is designed to draw a controlled amount of outside air from its air-cooled chimney system into a sealed firebox, achieving optimum combustion. This process maintains a low level of dilution air, allowing the fire to burn hotter and cleaner with less fuel. This was the first wood burning fireplace to have been UL tested to operate to a negative 50 Pascal rating.
